WB Services announces clean energy scholarship program

Ron Beemiller, president and CEO of WB Services LLC, has announced the launch of a Clean Energy Scholarship Program.

The purpose of the scholarship is to promote the study and ultimately a career in the field of renewable fuels. This scholarship competition, which will award two scholarships of $2,500 each, is open to any student accepted or enrolled in a baccalaureate or graduate renewable energy degree program.

WB Services is a renewable fuels company recognized for its experience and expertise in plant construction, optimization and management, as well as program development and process engineering.

“Offering these scholarships is a natural extension of our corporate support and promotion of the renewable fuels industry,” said Ron Beemiller, President and CEO of WB Services.

The deadline to apply for this scholarship is April 1. All application materials must be submitted to WB Services, Marketing & Communications Department, 300 E. Industrial Avenue, Sedgwick, KS, 67135. Consideration will be given to academic performance, letters of recommendation, and an essay demonstrating an interest and commitment to a career in renewable fuels.
