The self-described "discredited cellulosic ethanol company" Xethanol Corp. reorganized and relaunched itself on the New York Stock Exchange in late October as Global Energy Holdings Group Inc. Chief Executive Officer David Ames said it's now a "diversified energy company" focusing on converting various waste feedstocks into energy and natural gas. Ames mentioned methane acquired from landfills and woody biomass derived from the Southeast as possible feedstocks.
