Our focus is to help clients understand the risks that may be present by identifying them and making observations or recommendations for mitigating or eliminating the exposures. We are an independent company, and do these risk surveys directly for operating entities, insurance firms, brokers and others who may be stakeholders in understanding the risks profile of the occupancy involved.
