Burnham RNG announced on Dec. 4 that a fund managed by Ares Management's Infrastructure Opportunities strategy has made a strategic investment to acquire the company from Edge Natural Resources.

Drax has announced that six U.S. non-profits will receive $433,000 as part of the Drax Foundation’s latest round of donations. The funded initiatives include those that support STEM education and improve community greenspaces.
