Enviva celebrates opening of Mississippi pellet plant Enviva Inc. on Sept. 30 held a ceremonial ribbon cutting at its recently constructed wood pellet manufacturing facility in George County, Mississippi. The facilty can produce 750,000 metric tons per of pellets annually. READ MORE SHARE

Mainspring announces 100% landfill biogas pilot project Clean power generation provider Mainspring Energy announced on Sept. 28 that it has entered into an agreement with Yolo County, California, to pilot a Mainspring Linear Generator running biogas at the Yolo County Central Landfill. IRENA: Global biofuel, bioenergy jobs at 12.7 million in 2021 Worldwide renewable energy employment reached 12.7 million last year, according to a report released by the International Renewable Energy Agency. Aemetis Biogas, APG demonstrate dual fuel system that uses RNG Aemetis Inc. and the American Power Group demonstrated the patented “Turbocharged Natural Gas Dual Fuel System” for truck engines.
