This month, Drax loaded its 200th shipment of sustainable biomass at the Port of Greater Baton Rouge. The shipment marks a major milestone for Drax’s operations as it amounts to more than 10 million mteric tons shipped from the U.S. to U.K.

USDA: US wood pellet exports at 637,518 tons in January


The U.S. exported 637,518.4 metric tons of wood pellets in January, down from both 917,175.4 metric tons the previous month and 655,656.5 metric tons in January 2022, according to data released by the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service on March 8.
