USDA: US wood pellet exports up in March The U.S. exported 909,787.1 metric tons of wood pellets in March, up from both 632,043.8 metric tons exported in the previous month and 801,396.3 metric tons exported in March 2022, according to data released by the USDA FAS on May 4. READ MORE SHARE
	RNG Coalition, ABC urge EPA to move forward with eRIN proposal The Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG Coalition) and American Biogas Council on May 5 partnered with six other organizations to urge the U.S. EPA to promptly open the Renewable Fuel Standard to eligible sources of biobased electricity. PBF Energy: SBR renewable diesel unit mechanically complete PBF Energy Inc. has announced that the renewable diesel production unit under development as part of St. Bernard Renewables project in Louisiana is mechanically complete. Enviva reports progress with development of Epes, Bond facilities Enviva Inc. released Q1 financial results on April 3, reporting that construction is progressing well at its wood pellet plant in Epes, Alabama. Vespene, Viridi power onsite data processing with biogas Vespene Energy, a biogas renewable energy developer, and Viridi Energy, a full-service renewable natural gas (RNG) platform, on May 2 announced the launch of their first joint pilot site with a municipal landfill in Marathon County, Wisconsin.
