	California Assembly votes in favor of 100% clean power by 2045 On Aug. 28, the California Assembly passed Senate Bill 100 by a vote of 44 to 33. The legislation aims to require retail electricity suppliers within the state to secure 100 percent of their power from renewables or zero-emissions sources by 2045. READ MORE SHARE
USDA memo encourages EPA to account for small refinery waivers A recent memo sent to the U.S. EPA by the USDA Office of the Chief Economist shows the USDA believes the EPA should account for the impact of small refinery hardship waivers in its annual Renewable Fuel Standard rulemaking. RNG Energy, PES to develop RNG facility in Philadelphia RNG Energy Solutions and Philadelphia Energy Solutions Refining and Marketing LLC have announced plans to build a state-of-the-art anaerobic digester facility named Point Breeze Renewable Energy.
