Inslee signs bill to implement CFS in Washington


Washington Gov. Jay Inslee on May 17 signed legislation that will create a state-wide Clean Fuel Standard that will limit the aggregate, overall greenhouse gas emissions per unit of transportation fuel energy to 20 percent below 2017 levels by 2035.
