Inslee signs bill to implement CFS in Washington Washington Gov. Jay Inslee on May 17 signed legislation that will create a state-wide Clean Fuel Standard that will limit the aggregate, overall greenhouse gas emissions per unit of transportation fuel energy to 20 percent below 2017 levels by 2035. 	Seaboard Energy builds renewable diesel plant in Hugoton, Kansas Seaboard Energy, a division of Seaboard Foods and a wholly owned subsidiary of Seaboard Corp., announced it is building a renewable diesel plant in Hugoton, Kansas. Gevo: FEED for Net-Zero 1 plant to be complete in December Patrick Gruber, CEO of Gevo Inc., discussed plans for the company’s first net-zero biofuels refinery during a first quarter earnings call held May 13.
