Researchers develop concept to make rocket biofuel on Mars Researchers at the Georgia Institute of Technology have developed a concept that would make Martian rocket fuel, on Mars, that could be used to launch future astronauts back to Earth. EIA: US biofuel capacity flat in August, feedstock use down Operatable biofuels production capacity in the U.S. remained steady at 20.734 billion gallons per year in August. Biofuel feedstock consumption, at 24.948 billion pounds, was down 1.938 billion pounds when compared to July, according to the EIA. READ MORE SHARE
