Drax opens new pellet plant in Demopolis, Alabama Drax Group has opened a new pellet plant at Demopolis in Alabama. Enviva to build a new wood pellet plant in Bond, Mississippi Enviva Inc. has announced it will invest approximately $250 million in Bond, Mississippi, to build a wood pellet production plant with an annual capacity of more than 1 million metric tons per year.
