Gevo injects dairy RNG into Iowa natural gas pipeline Gevo Inc. announced that its RNG project in Northwest Iowa has been producing biogas and is now upgrading and injecting RNG into the natural gas pipeline. Synthica develops food waste RNG facility in Houston Synthica Energy LLC announced the development of a new anaerobic digestion facility in Houston, Texas. USDA maintains forecast for 2022-’23 soybean oil use in biofuel The USDA maintained its 2022-’23 forecast for soybean oil use in biofuel production in its latest WASDE report, released June 10. The overall soybean outlook is for lower beginning and ending stocks and higher prices. READ MORE SHARE
SoCalGas wins $750,000 CEC grant to fuel hydrogen research The California Energy Commission has awarded Southern California Gas Co. a $750,000 grant to pursue development of a novel hydrogen production system using biogas to create affordable, scalable, renewable hydrogen. READ MORE SHARE
