Walker Industries Holdings Ltd., and Miller Waste Systems have announced the successful sale of Miller Waste Systems’ Escarpment Renewables and Maryland Farms organic waste-to-energy facilities and pre-processing assets to Walker.
Topsoe has entered into an agreement with Texas based, BioVeritas. The agreement will enable fuel producers to license Topsoe’s HydroFlex technology alongside the BioVeritas Process to produce renewable fuels from second-generation feedstocks.
The U.S. exported nearly 50,000 barrels per day (b/d) of renewable diesel and other biofuels—a category which includes sustainable aviation fuel (SAF)—in the second half of 2025 (2H25), about 20% of the combined production for those fuels.
U.S. manufacturers produced approximately 900,000 tons of densified biomass fuel in December, according to the U.S. EIA’s Monthly Densified Biomass Fuels Report. Sales of densified biomass fuel reached 970,000 tons during the month.
Mobius Renewables on May 4 announced the closing of the acquisition of Air Liquide’s biogas production activities in the United States, France, Norway, and Sweden. Mobius was established in late 2025 by funds managed by IFM Investors.
