The Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Coalition, a nonpartisan group of more than 50 organizations spanning the sustainable aviation fuel value chain, convened in Washington, D.C. on March 25 for its second annual D.C. Fly-In.
The Clean Fuels Alliance Foundation has awarded Janice Shiu the 2026 Beth Calabotta Sustainability Education Grant. Shiu is a graduate student at the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign, pursuing a degree in Computer Science.
Evos Rotterdam has commenced the realization of a major expansion project for low-carbon methanol and ethanol storage, following a signing ceremony held at the Port of Rotterdam. The project is expected to become operational early 2028.
The RFA, Growth Energy, Clean Fuels Alliance America and the SAF Coalition on March 25 joined more 20 state and national ag groups in urging the Trump Administration to make the upcoming 45Z regulations workable for farmers.
XCF Global Inc. on March 23 issued a statement on the ongoing disruption to global aviation fuel markets caused by the Middle East conflict. As jet fuel and SAF prices surge to historic levels, XCF Global said domestic SAF production can help.
