Pacolet Milliken LLC on Oct. 7 it has acquired 100% of Georgia Renewable Power, which owns two biomass power plants in northeast Georgia, one in Franklin County and one in Madison County. The facilities have a combined generating capacity of 116 MW.
Greenlane Renewables Inc. on Oct. 6 announced that the company has extended its $20 million standby letter of credit facility to Sept. 30, 2027. The facility is secured by a guarantee from Export Development Canada.
New Zealand’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority on Oct. 1 announced it is investing in five new wood energy aggregation facilities and four projects that aim to produce torrefied biomass and wood pellets.
BerQ RNG on Oct. 6 announced that it has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of assets from Sevana Bioenergy. The transaction includes the Rialto Bioenergy Facility in California and a pipeline of dairy and swine manure RNG development projects.
Uniper has joined a growing list of aviation fuel buyers that have reserved future production capacity from Syzygy Plasmonics’ NovaSAF platform, as commercial momentum behind the company’s biogas-to-SAF technology continues to build.
