XCF Global Inc. on June 24 provided an update on the advancement of its New Rise Renewables Reno facility as it progresses toward initial production during a period of heightened volatility across global fuel markets.
OMV Petrom SA has concluded a sales contract with OMV Downstream GmbH, a fully owned subsidiary of OMV AG, for part of the sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) to be produced in Petrobrazi refinery.

Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry on June 1 signed a bill that aims to boost development of the state’s wood pellet manufacturing industry. The bill was unanimously approved by both the Louisiana House and Senate in May.
