Primoris Services Corp. and&nbsp;Venture Engineering &amp; Construction Inc.&nbsp;on Aug. 22 announced they have entered a strategic teaming agreement aimed at pursuing emerging opportunities in the renewable energy, general industrial, and associated gas processing facilities markets. The partnership combines the respective strengths of both companies to offer comprehensive, innovative, and integrated engineering, procurement, and construction solutions that emphasize safety, quality, and efficiency. “We’re pleased to partner with Venture in this capacity – this is an exciting collaboration that aligns with the strategic vision and capabilities of our companies,” said Jeremy Kinch, president of Primoris’ Energy segment. “Together, we’ll be able to provide our clients with elevated offerings, impactful solutions, and exceptional service, driving mutual success and delivering outstanding value.” Primoris supplies a full array of in-house engineering, procurement, and construction services to the downstream, midstream, and renewable energy sectors, including refining, petrochemical, hydrogen, syngas, liquefied natural gas, pipeline, gas-to-liquids, solar, battery energy storage, data center, biodiesel, biogas (landfill, dairy, poultry, food waste, and wood waste), and carbon capture facilities. “We are particularly energized by the opportunities presented by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) as it relates to the renewables market, including biogas, hydrogen, and other sustainable fuel sources. Venture’s multi-disciplinary engineers, designers, project managers, and construction managers accommodate process and environmental projects that range in size and scope.&nbsp;It is a leader in alternative energy solutions, including landfill gas to energy plants, animal manure to renewable natural gas, and source separated organic waste to renewable natural gas. “We continue to see an acceleration in demand for biogas project delivery services from developers.
