Biogas Works for America LLC and Biogas Works Coalition on June 1 filed a lawsuit in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit challenging the U.S. EPA’s decision to make renewable electricity ineligible for participation in the RFS.
OPAL Fuels and GFL Environmental Inc. on June 3 announced the advancement of construction for two new RNG facilities at the Stones Throw Landfill in Tallapoosa County, Alabama and the Grady Road Landfill in Polk County, Georgia.
The Louisiana Senate on May 27 unanimously approved a bill that aims to boost development of the state’s wood pellet manufacturing industry. The legislation is now awaiting action from Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry.

Stark Tech is partnering with Sagepoint Energy on the development of two innovative landfill RNG projects. Through this collaboration, Stark Tech will provide custom-engineered skid systems designed to enhance pipeline injection capability.
