California agency proposes to update refinery regs for renewables The Bay Area Air Quality Management District is proposing to amend its current refinery rules to ensure that facilities that switch to renewable feedstocks must continue to comply with the same emissions standards and rule requirements. 	Honeywell, Wood combine technologies to enable carbon-neutral SAF Honeywell and Wood on Sept. 23 announced a comprehensive package of technologies to support the effort to produce carbon-neutral aviation fuel. Gevo acquires patents from Butamax, receives new US patent Gevo Inc. on Sept. 23 announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire certain patents from Butamax.
