As the wood pellet industry faces tightening emissions standards and expands to include advanced pellets and unconventional feedstocks like bagasse, emissions control is becoming more nuanced and more operationally critical.
Two researchers at Imperial College London on March 5 published a paper that identifies 36 strategies with the highest potential to reduce global carbon emissions. Biofuels and BECCS are among the strategies identified by the researchers.
Clean Energy Fuels Corp. on March 4 announced a slew of deals with trucking, refuse, and transit fleets nationwide. The agreements span renewable natural gas (RNG) fueling infrastructure and RNG supply.
