The data is used in articles and publishes the data as maps. Kolby’s interests and expertise are in energy analysis, energy policy, and geospatial analysis. Kolby came to BBI over a year ago after earning a B.A. from The Evergreen State College and an M.S. in Agriculture Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
