Enerkem, Sinobioway sign agreement to build facilities in China

Enerkem Inc. has signed an agreement with Sinobioway Group worth over C$125 million in the form of equity investment in Enerkem. As part of the agreement, the two companies plan to form a joint venture to develop more than 100 facilities in China.
