HCS Holdings signs 5-year isooctane offtake LOI with Gevo

The LOI contemplates a two-phase offtake agreement. In Phase 1, HCS will purchase isooctane produced at Gevo's demo plant in Texas. In Phase 2, HCS will purchase 300,000 to 400,000 gallons a year from Gevo's planned large-scale hydrocarbons plant.
