Solena Group signs LOI with Rentech to integrate FT technology

Washington, D.C.-based bioenergy company Solena Group Inc. signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Rentech Inc. to incorporate Rentech's proprietary Fischer-Tropsch synthetic fuel technology platform in Solena's proposed "BioJetFuel" project--called GreenSky--in the United Kingdom.
