Cummins Inc. on Aug. 25 announced approval of its entire line of diesel high horsepower engines across all ratings for use with unblended paraffinic fuels (EN15940), often referred to as renewable diesel, including hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO).

Corn use for fuel alcohol production in June was down approximately 1 percent when compared to the same month of last year, according to the August edition of the USDA’s Grain Crushings and Co-Product Production Report.
