Hazer Group Ltd. on May 12 announced it has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Continual Renewable Ventures to assess opportunities for developing low carbon liquid fuels (LCLF) production in Australia.

Montauk Renewables on May 6 reported first quarter revenues increased 9% when compared to the same period of 2025. The company also announced it has commissioned the Montauk Ag Renewables project in North Carolina.
Verbio on May 13 announced biomethane production expanded 8.4% during the fiscal third quarter, the three months ended March 31, with biodiesel production up 1.5%. Ethanol production fell by 18.9% during the period.
