U.K. firm releases Cleantech 100 list

A list of the 100 hottest European cleantech companies has been compiled and published by The Library House, an England-based information-gathering firm. Several combined-heat-and-power (CHP) companies made the list, including Stirling Denmark, which produces wood-chip-fired CHP engines, and U.K.-based Inetec, which boasts an "abrasive drying" method to convert industrial food waste into usable biomass. The list was created to bring attention to privately owned companies that show great potential for growth and positive environmental impacts.
