Biofuels coalition readies for oral arguments in Supreme Court

In oral arguments scheduled for April 27, four agriculture and biofuel organizations will argue that the U.S. Supreme Court should affirm the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit's January 2020 ruling on small refinery exemptions (SREs).
