The City of Long Beach has entered into exclusive negotiations with Bioenergy Devco, the North American division of BTS Bioenergy, to construct an organics recycling facility that will convert food waste into an organic soil amendment and RNG.
The IRS on Feb. 16 issued a technical correction to a NPRM released in November that proposes changes to the Sec. 48 ITC, clarifying that that the cleaning and conditioning equipment critical to processing biogas into RNG is eligible for the ITC.
