USDA's Rural Energy for American Program will help fund 19 anaerobic digester projects in eight states, the USDA announced Oct. 26. Digesters will be constructed in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Idaho, Iowa, Florida, Oregon, Ohio and Vermont.
