Clean Energy Fuels Corp. released fourth quarter financial results on Feb. 24, reporting the company sold 64.1 million gallons of renewable natural gas (RNG) during the period, up 3.4% when compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. RNG gallons sold for the full year 2025 reached 237.4 million gallons, up slightly when compared to 2024.As of the end of 2025, Clean Energy Fuels had seven operational RNG projects with a combined capacity of 7.9 million gasoline gallon equivalents (GGEs). An additional four RNG projects are under construction that are expected to add 6.6 million GGEs of production capacity. The company’s East Valley Dairy project in Idaho has since begun operations, boosting the number of Clean Energy’s operational biogas facilities to eight. The three projects that remain under development are being developed in partnership with Maas Energy Works, according comments made by Clean Energy President and CEO Andrew J. Littlefair during a fourth quarter earnings call.&nbsp;“Considering the rather volatile market, especially in the transportation sector, we are very pleased to end 2025 in a strong position with our operating results coming in slightly better than expected,” Littlefair said in a statement. “This is a testament to Clean Energy’s leadership position in the alternative fuel space and the product that we offer – RNG – being seen as the most viable, affordable, and ready-now clean fuel solution for fleets. 2025 saw significant retreats by other alternative solutions, but the number of transit buses, refuse trucks and heavy-duty trucks operating on RNG all grew throughout the year, resulting in the increase in our gallons sold. We were able to prudently deleverage our strong balance sheet using available cash and investments, positioning us well going into 2026. These strong results and an optimistic outlook are due to the talented team at Clean Energy and their dedication to providing a cleaner way forward in the heavy-duty vehicle market.”Clean Energy Fuels reported revenue of $112.3 million for the fourth quarter, up from $109.3 million during the same period of the previous year. Net loss attributable to the company was $43 million, or 20 cents per share, compared to a $30.2 million loss, or 13 cent loss per share, reported for the fourth quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITDA was $15.7 million, compared to $23.6 million.&nbsp;For the full year 2025, Clean Energy Fuels reported revenue of $424.8 million, up from $415.9 million in 2024. Net loss attributable to the company was $222 million, or $1.01 per share, compared to a net loss of $83.1 million, or 37 cents per share, reported for 2024. Adjusted EBITDA was $67.6 million, compared to $76.6 million.&nbsp;&nbsp;
