The USDA’s Forest Service on May 14 awarded nearly $74 million to 171 projects through two grant programs that aim to create new markets for wood products and renewable energy from wood, and increase the capacity of wood processing facilities.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on May 14 upheld the renewable volume obligations (RVOs) set by the U.S. EPA for Renewable Fuel Standard compliance years 2020, 2021 and 2022.
